DoD Transition Day provides an overview of skills and information to help members prepare for their transition and is separated into three modules: Managing Your Transition, Military Occupational Code Crosswalk and Financial Planning for Transition. This is a congressionally mandated course. Members will need to contact the M&FRC to schedule with a TAP counselor.
