Though generally classified as a tent, the yurt is much stronger and weather-tight. The Pacific Yurt is a 30′ circular structure that consists of a durable fabric cover, tension band and a wood frame that includes a lattice wall, radial rafters, central compression ring and a framed door.

Tama Hills has a total of 3 Yurts:
Each Yurt Sleeps 12 (6 on bunkbeds + 6 on floor mats)
There is also an option to pitch additional tents in case some members in your group would like to “rough it” and/or for larger groups

Amenities: Each Yurt has it’s own unique furniture set-up to include table, chairs, storage cabinet and loungers. Also included is a battery-powered generator provides electricity for minor appliances: cell phones, portable speakers, air pumps, etc.

Tama Hills Golf Course is an 18-hole, 6,436 yard, par 72 course located adjacent to Tama Hills Recreation Area. The course is meticulously maintained and staffed by PGA instructors. Golfers of all levels can enjoy the variety and challenge of the rolling hills, plus a driving range, chipping and putting green.
