横田基地ファーマーズマーケット2024イベント概要

開催日時：2024年6月8日（土）　午前9時～午後2時（予定）

開催場所：サムライトレーニングフィールド（予定）

販売品：

• 野菜・果物（カット不可）
• 加工調理品（瓶缶等の密封容器での販売のみ）
• 地域工芸品
• 生花・苗木

尚、試食提供は米軍基地の食品衛生法上で禁止となっています。

入札要項・選考基準

入札期間：2024年4月8日～ 2024年4月22日　午後11時59分迄

入札価額の提示は、このサイトの添付書類『Farmers Market Vendor Application (申込書) 』に必要なブース数を含めましてご記入下さい。最低入札価額は1ブースあたり3千円からとなります。入札価額の増減は１００円単位となります。選考基準に関しても同書類に記載してございます。また、今回の入札の主な対象業者様は、上記のイベント概要にあります販売品を提供して頂ける事としています。予めご了承下さい。テント、テーブル、イスは無料で提供いたします。電気をご利用になる場合は、別途ジェネレーター、一台につき1,500円を頂戴いたします。その他の詳細に関しては、下記のEメールまで問い合わせ下さい。尚、全ての添付書類は基本的に英語表記となっておりますが、日本語への翻訳は致しかねます。

Gmail以外のフリーメールは、基地のセキュリティの関係上届かない場合がございますのでご注意下さい。また、記入漏れがある場合は、申し込みがあっても受付る事が出来かねます。代筆も致しかねます。記入漏れがある場合は出来るだけご連絡するように努めますが、提出書類の不備に関してＮＡＦ契約課は一切責任を負うことは出来ません。予めご了承下さい。

– Vegetables and fruits (cannot be cut)

– Processed and cooked products (in sealed containers)

– Regional crafts

– Plants and Flowers (Plant Nurseries)

Bidding Guidelines and Selection Criteria:

Bidding Period: April 8, 2024, ~ April 22, 2024

The minimum bid for a booth starts from 3,000 yen. After the initial bid, the price will increase in increments of 100 yen.

In addition, the main target vendors are described above. Tent, tables, and chairs will be provided for free.  Please note that the use of electricity will incur an extra fee of 1,500 yen per generator.  For additional details, please contact us at 374fss.farmers.1@us.af.mil.
