Class Registration & Refund Policy

Reservations

Please reserve the class or classes of your choice early as space for certain classes is limited. Paid reservations will be accepted on a first-come basis. You may ask to be put on a waiting list for filled classes and will be notified as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. Payment in full is required for each class to ensure your reservation and may be made in person at the Arts & Crafts Center, Bldg. 334. A supply list for each class will be provided at the time of reservation. Materials are not included in the class fee unless otherwise noted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given when:

1. A class is canceled by the instructor or the Arts & Crafts Center. Please note that a class may be canceled when there are not enough students to meet the minimum number required by an instructor.

2. A 48-hour notification of TDY/PCS with a copy of orders and the original paid registration receipt is presented.

3. A doctor’s certification (in cases of illness) that the individual was unable to attend class and no more than 50% of the class has been attended.

4. Cancelations for classes made five business days before the first class session are refunded in full. No-shows the day of class cannot be refunded.

*Class registration receipt must be presented at the time of refund. No refunds after 30 days. You must give 48 hours notice to transfer to another class.

Printing Services

Printing and Banner Production

Our state of the art printer produces large prints from your camera, digital artwork, photographs or negatives. Banners or posters can be printed on a fabric-like material, photo quality paper or more economical poster paper (up to 44 inches wide). Lengths up to 20 meters; perfect for large hanging banners. Stop by to see samples. 

Frame Shop

The Frame Shop

Stocks a large assortment of framing and matting supplies. Whether you are framing a snapshot or a priceless work of art, knowledgeable professionals will guide you in the right direction and produce a beautifully framed piece.

Awards & Plaque Shop

Awards and Plaques Shop

Boasts an assortment of plaques in all shapes and sizes, as well as lucite statues. Engraving services are done in-house; customers can choose fonts and colors. The shop also offers a full-color sublimation service to transfer your favorite snapshot or piece of art onto almost any surface. Stop by to see samples.

Wood Shop

The Wood Shop

Offers state-of-the-art wood crafting machinery in a safe and clean environment. A Safety Orientation is required for self-help woodworkers before using machinery; classes are held regularly and cost $5. After completion, a certificate is issued that is valid throughout your tour at Yokota. The cost of using the shop is $2 per hour or $35 monthly. Just beginning?
