This historical tour takes you to the burial place of Takeda Shingen. Shingen was a Samurai leader of the war age who died on his journey to Kyoto in 1572 where he was destined to be a Shogun. This temple is also noted for the exquisite garden created by Muso Kokushi, the high priest of the Samurai Age. Proceeding on to the Chichibu National Park, you will ride the cable car up Mt. Kimpu, the highest peak in the park, to the Shosenkyo Gorge formed along the Arakawa River. Bring your camera so you can take pictures of the cliffed rocks and their fantastic shapes.
